Slow grown on grass and forage alone, our Traditional Hereford beef is Pasture for Life certified and hung properly for flavour. We sell it direct from the farm in a 10kg mixed box, butchered and vacuum packed.

A balanced selection of cuts from one of our own animals: roasting joints including rib, sirloin and rump steaks, ribeye, steak mince, and casserole and stewing beef, all vacuum packed and individually labelled with the cut and the animal’s herd number. The exact mix varies a little box to box, as it should with a whole-animal approach.
This is a pre-order. Boxes are prepared to coincide with our butchering dates, and after you order we will be in touch to confirm timing.
Getting your box: pick your delivery method at the checkout delivery step. Chilled courier to mainland UK, including Glasgow and the west of Scotland, is £25 a box and shown first; if you are local, switch to free collection at the farm or free local delivery within 15 miles of Crosshill (KA19 7PY). If local delivery is chosen from further afield we will be in touch to arrange the courier instead. At checkout you can also add a Kileekie apron or mug to your order; those are made to order and posted separately.

Do you deliver beef boxes to Glasgow and the west of Scotland?
Yes. Boxes travel by chilled courier from the farm at Crosshill in south Ayrshire to Glasgow, Ayr, Kilmarnock, Dumfries and the rest of mainland UK for £25 a box. Within 15 miles of the farm we deliver free, and you can always collect.
Do you ship outside the UK?
No. Our beef is UK delivery only; we do not export.
Is the beef really 100% grass fed?
Yes. Our herd is Pasture for Life certified, the UK guarantee that an animal has eaten nothing but grass and forage its whole life. The beef comes only from our own registered Traditional (OP) Hereford cattle.
When will my box arrive?
Boxes are a pre-order tied to our butchering dates. After you order we contact you to confirm timing, then deliver or courier your box fresh, vacuum packed and labelled by cut.
