How we handle your information

Kileekie Farm is a small family farm, and we treat your details the way we would want ours treated: used only for what you asked of us, shared only where needed to do it, and never sold.

What we collect and why

When you buy from the shop or pre-order a beef box, checkout is handled by Stripe, which collects your name, delivery address, email address, phone number and payment details. We never see or store your card numbers. We use these details only to fulfil your order, arrange delivery and contact you about it.

When you use the contact form, chat, or email us, we keep what you send so we can reply and follow up on your enquiry, whether that is about beef, breeding stock, semen straws or a visit.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to get your order to you: Stripe processes payments; Inkthreadable, our UK printer, receives your name and delivery address to make and post clothing orders; Royal Mail or a courier carries the parcel; Cloudflare hosts this website. Beef box delivery details are shared with whoever carries out the delivery. None of them may use your details for anything else, and we do not sell or pass on your information for marketing.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes. Enquiries are kept only as long as they are useful for dealing with you.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to how it is used. Email us and we will sort it. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe may set cookies on its own checkout pages for fraud prevention and payment processing.
