Buying from a small farm should be simple. These terms cover the clothing shop, beef boxes and anything else sold through this site. Ordering from us means you accept them.
Who you are buying from
Kileekie Farm, Crosshill, Maybole, Ayrshire KA19 7PY (07798 622879, andrew_sykes@msn.com). Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see your card details.
Prices and delivery
Prices are shown in pounds sterling on each product. Clothing carries a flat £4.49 tracked delivery charge per order, added at checkout. We deliver to UK addresses only. Beef boxes offer free collection from the farm, free local delivery within 15 miles of KA19 7PY, or national chilled courier at £25 a box, chosen at checkout. If local delivery is chosen for an address outside the 15-mile area we will contact you to arrange the courier option or a refund.
Clothing - made to order
Everything in the shop is made to order and printed or embroidered in the UK, then posted direct to you by Royal Mail Tracked. Please allow 5 to 8 working days. Because each item is made when you order it, please check size and colour carefully; sizing notes are on each product.
You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. To cancel, email us with your receipt; return the item unworn and we will refund you once it is back with us. Return postage is yours unless the item is faulty. Faulty or wrong items will be replaced or refunded in full, including postage, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Beef boxes - pre-orders of fresh food
Beef boxes are pre-orders tied to our butchering dates; we will contact you after ordering to confirm timing. As perishable fresh food, boxes cannot be cancelled once despatched or prepared for your collection date, but you may cancel for a full refund any time before we confirm your box is being prepared. If anything is wrong with your box, tell us within 48 hours of receiving it and we will put it right.
Semen straws and livestock
Genetics and livestock sales are arranged individually and confirmed by us after ordering or enquiry, including health paperwork, transport and timing. Straws are despatched frozen via specialist courier; risk passes on delivery to your storage.
The sensible bits
If something is out of stock or we cannot fulfil your order, we will refund you in full promptly. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. These terms are governed by Scots law, and any dispute belongs to the Scottish courts, though we would much rather you just phoned us first.
